We proudly serve award-winning Blackgate Beef, known for its exceptional quality and rich flavour.
Celebrated for its marbling, consistency, and excellence, Blackgate has earned multiple accolades over the past decade, making it a standout choice for steak lovers.

ADVANCED AGEING PROCESS

Our beef is hung on the bone for 7 days, aged off the bone for another 21, and then dry-aged in Himalayan salt chambers for three weeks. This meticulous process intensifies flavour and enhances tenderness — creating a steak experience unlike any other.

SUSTAINABLE & ETHICALSOURCING

Our beef is sourced exclusively from Red Tractor-certified UK farms, where cattle are raised on a natural diet of grass and foraged crops. This ensures high welfare standards and environmentally sustainable practices.

SELECT BREEDS FOR PREMIUMQUALITY

We use only top breeds, including Angus, Hereford, Charolais, and Limousin, selected for their superior flavour and marbling. By focusing on 36-month-old steers and heifers, we ensure optimal tenderness and rich fat coverage in every cut.
